What tweet is sent out about my fundraising?

When your fundraising page is live an automated tweet is sent out to our followers about your fundraising event. If you have included your twitter handle this will be shown instead of the hashtag. Also your fundraising page header picture will appear on the tweet. Example below.

We also schedule repeated posts about your fundraising events to help promote your activity and charity. This is done on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
We do this by posting the weblink of your fundraising page, details about your event and how you are raising money and if you have provided, we will tag you in the posts using your social media profile and the charities. This is all for free and helps spread awareness and increase donations.
