Due to changes in laws, we've updated our payment provider integration to include Strong Customer Authentication. Because of this, our existing implementation of recurring donations no longer works.

Our survey suggests 98% of our donors do one off donations and we have found majority of our donors prefer to set-up their recurring donations directly to the charity, rather than via a donation platform.

We are very sorry if this has caused an inconvenience for you. You can still make donations to your charity but only as single donations on Givey.

If however, you want to keep a recurring donation set up for your charity, we would recommend creating a standing order direct to your charity.
